Opal also stocks our favourite beers from breweries such as Hop Nation, Deeds Brewing, Molly Rose Brewing and others with a focus on rare and unusual brews.

Our staff have put together a delicious cocktail menu with all locally sourced Australian ingredients to create cocktails perfect for sipping on at the bar or upstairs in the sunshine at our sister-bar, The Land of Plenty.

Think twists on the Gimlet, Old Pal and a deliciously wet and oily Aussie gin martini. Featuring delicious booze from our friends at Adelaide Hills Vermouth, Applewood Distillery, Lark Distillery & others.
